Leslie and Payton
Sometimes, it's just meant to be.
- Leslie, a Veterinarian and Payton, a Forrester. knew each
other and were friends for years but lead separate lives. Circumstances
brought them together again, and when the time was right they wed on
the grounds of Leslie's family plantation in south Georgia.
Although the plantation boasted
a large hunting lodge, the decision was made to set up a series of large, event tents
next to a beautiful cypress tree-lined lake on the property and hold the nuptials
and celebration afterwards there.
Four hundred invitations containing pressed and dried flowers from Leslie's
bridal bouquet were mailed to guests across the country.
The wedding took place in the afternoon and the merry making
continued late into the night. - Tim Lundy was the Wedding
Planner and Caterer for this multi-layered 3-day Plantation wedding
extravaganza.

Save the Date Card Sets
∙ The square Save the Date Cards were made from two layered squares
of highly textured Mulberry Paper imported from Thailand. The smaller
sheet on which the Save the Date text was printed was centered on and invisibly
attached to the larger paper square. Because the paper is as thick as
1/8th of an inch, the four-hundred text sheets were hand printed one at a time.
Each text sheet was also hand-edged in silver metallic gilt , and as the wedding
would take place next to the Cypress tree lined lake, springs of dried and
pressed Cypress protruded from between the two layered sheets as embellishments.
We also made matching Mailing Envelopes by hand from matching Thai Mulberry
paper and printed each guest's name and address on the Save the Date Envelopes
in the same green ink and font style as that used for the text on the Save the
Date Card. We selected Post Office stamps that supported the looked of the
Save the Dates, stuffed the Mailing Envelopes and had each Save the Date Set
hand-cancelled at the Post Office.

Double-layered, Origami, petal-fold, translucent vellum Cover with pressed and dried
Bouquet Flowers. The Cover surrounds hand torn, Wedding Invitation and
